They are not waterproof!!

They are supposed to be waterproof. However my feet got wet last week when I was hiking in the hard rain. I am wondering if I can get a refund.

I've had my original bugaboots since 2009 so that speaks volumes for how grreat the boot was. The new ones are good but the material it's made with is a lot less malleable and therfore harder to walk in currently. I'm hoping they soften up a bit. Otherwise, great boots
