Wonderful jacket, but not waterproof.

I have had this jacket for a little over a year and I love it. It’s warm, long in the back and very cute. Today we had some heavy rain and after spending some time outside, about 30 minutes I was drenched. The waterproof wasn’t so waterproof and my sweatshirt was wet when I removed the coat. A tad disappointing. I live in Minnesota so we get those cool rains, where a rain jacket isn’t warm enough and thought this would be the perfect jacket. It’s great in the snow just not so much in the rain. Would still purchase again. Great jacket!

I had my eye on this style for months! I am glad I decided to purchase it. The fit is tapered at the waist, which makes it feel feminine. I'm not sure how it will hold up in frigid Canadian temperatures. It is rather light, so perhaps it's better suited for the fall. The only thing I wish for is the lining to come in light pink instead of gold.

I was visiting my daughter in Portland OR, as it was cold and damp I wore her Mountain Croo III Mid Down Jacket. Not only is it stylish, but it was so warm and toasty that I had to get the exact one for myself when I returned to NY, where we had one of our coldest winters to date. I am 5'0"107lb. and purchased a size S in case I wanted to some layers under. Since there are no petite sizing for outerwear, it was just a big longer than shown on the model.
