Shipped wrong product TWICE.
Ordered these shoes in the blue color. When package arrived, had shipped the wrong color. When I called customer service they explained I could ship back and reorder the shoe (which was no longer on sale). Had to request they honor the sale price (was not offered). When I was shipped a new package several days later, same issue, wrong color shoe. Now making my second trip to a shipping drop off location. Columbia had no interest in making this right beyond allowing me to ship back "free." Explained two trips to a drop off and my time were not free. Cancelled order. Will be a long time before I order from Columbia.
