This fits my head pretty well. I am on the larger side with an 18.5 inch neck. I would love if this were just an inch or 2 larger, but it still fit but would squish my nose when its pulled up all the way. Still a big fan.

Really confused at the good reviews for this. The fabric inside is not moisture absorbing so my breath moisture stayed wet and cold. This has zero functionality
I purchased this to supplement my Columbia jacket that was too loose around my neck. I was very disappointed. This item may be Omni-heat, but it's extremely thin. More importantly, this is WAY too tight; I have a normal-sized head, but I can't put it on or remove it without removing my glasses! I'm hoping that I can find a way to stretch it out, as it just doesn't pay to return it.
