Stretched out neck

Neck comes pre-stretched and the collar sits a whole inch below any other shirt I own, as though the shirt is seven years old and the elastic is completely shot. This is only the case with the TALL sizes-- all the XXL collars are fine! But as soon as you choose a tall size, they add a few inches to the neck circumference. WHY!?
