I checked these out in the store, then bought online so I could use my discount code. Big mistake. Ordered on February 19 and it’s now march 6. UPS says they delivered my package to a completely different city than my home. Columbia acknowledged that the “proof of delivery” was to a completely random place. I’ve never had a problem before this, Columbia has always shipped my packages quickly and accurately before. My issue is how they are handling this. No refund, no offer to replace my items. Just “we will investigate” and “it might take several weeks.” I think it would be more understandable if I had multiple addresses on my account. I don’t. I’ve lived in the same house for 10 years and have been getting all of my Columbia stuff delivered to the same address. It doesn’t make sense how they would suddenly deliver to a random address with no explanation and then not immediately take care of the issue.
