The pillow arrived in a thick plastic zipper case. There was was no damage and I am reusing the case to store the old pillow. The new pillow gives off no odor. It holds its shape throughout the night. By turning the pillow over the fresh and cool new surface is available to be enjoyed.

Im genuinely confused how this pillow has good reviews. Its NOT worth 55 dollars or the 70 they originally charge. This is like 10 dollars andddd its basically as flat as the old one I was replacing. Why is there like no filling in it. So disappointed.

This pillow stays cool for maybe 5 minutes. I purchased a Columbia cooling pillow 9 years ago that cooled well. This one is a big disappointment.
