Because of the patch and the way the hat was designed it doesn't hold a shape in the crown and looks crushed/rumpled no matter how you adjust it. Like the graphic design but can't stand the sloppy and crushed look. Went into the donate pile. I'll have to seriously reconsider Columbia hats from now on.
