scam company sells your product and has ghost link

A shadow company named "The Editorialist" (recommended to me by AI) convinced me to order a second pair of pants by an automated mail that told me I hadn't placed my first order. I was trying a size 46X 32 thinking I would return it if it was too big. Well I have two pair of pants that are too big and there is a complete wall of unrecognized passwords unaccepted logins and unsent email sending me links to to resolve this problem. I get happy go lucky letters from a team with pretty pictures on it but it's a circular chain of dead ends. I hope you know that such crooks are selling your product and giving you a bad name. If you will take my return, I obviously will be intensely grateful thank you
