Seems to be of good quality. Never really tried the waterproofness cause it’s big on me. I would definitely size down but if you need it for layering then stick to your usual size.

A: Great question! The Liner can be folded into the rear pocket via a process of folding the sleeves inward like how you would fold a shirt in a department store. Once its folded to the width of the pocket, you would turn the pocket outward and fold the Liner into the pocket until it is well within the pocket for easy closure and storage as needed.
