Versatile shirt in great fabric

I ordered this long sleeve Granite Point shirt because I have 2 short sleeve shirts in the same fabric and really love them (would buy more of those if more colors were available). This shirt has a generous, boxy fit, which I mostly appreciate. I can fasten the front snaps and have no pulling or gapping. The fabric is great, and I enjoy design details like the snap closures and pocket detail. The shirt can be worn solo, or layered - plenty of room. I'm giving 4 instead of 5 stars for two reasons. First, the boxy fit I enjoy through the mid-section extends to the shoulder area, giving subtle linebacker vibes. I don't mind a slouchy shoulder, but these poof a bit. I'm hoping wear and laundering will settle the shoulders a bit. Next, the sleeves are a bit long for me and the snap cuffs don't keep the sleeve from slipping over my hand, so I'll mostly wear with the sleeves rolled up. I really wish Columbia carried more petite size options for situations like this.

I particularly like this shirt because it not as long as most. The cropped style makes it more flattering for me and also a bit more stylist. Fabric and color is good. Size is good. Well made.
