The Omni heat will keep you toasty like a bake potato but snap and zippers allow you to give yourself air to prevent over heating. This jacket couldnt be any better

A: We do not temperature rate our items as there are many variables and each person is built a little differently. This Jacket does include our Omni-Heat™ Reflective lining that traps and stores body heat for warmth, along with powerful Thermarator™ insulation for warmth generation. This makes it perfect for use in moderate to heavy Winter conditions!
