Loyal Columbia customer but epic fail. Item lost in shipping. By the time Columbia determined, item was no longer in stock and sale had ended. No offer of any discount on similar product. Have never had any previous issues with Columbia. Will continue to purchase but highly disappointed in their lack of customer service.

I really wanted to get this and be a 5 star but will agree with some others the collar is a bit odd but folds down well for me, I kind like my collar up on these but that would not be comfy as it is large and high. I also would like it a bit thicker for warmth . But other than these minor things it really is a nice sweater that I will wear both casual and for work as dressy.
