Bunches and too thin to be useful

Meh. Material was thin even by Florida standards. Worst part was something about the material clung to his shirt beneath and caused bunching. We thought something was wrong with it at first because it would not just lay normally on his shoulders. Reminded me of like a nylon or pantyhose feel that catches your skirt. Such a waste of effort to shop online when it turns out weird. Just wanted a regular old fleece. This is not it.
