I ordered this item, and the cheap courier/delivery service that Columbia uses, falsely claimed to have left my package in front of my apartment door. When i showed Columbias’ customer service staff photo proof that the delivery person had actually left the package downstairs in the building lobby, in order to explain to them that this is why the package had been stolen, Columbia still refused to replace the package or reimburse me for my money.

Columbia refused to replace or reimburse me for a stolen delivery. The cheap delivery/courier that they use, left the item on the 1st floor lobby of my building, instead of in front of my apartment door on the 13th floor. I spoke to customer service and even emailed photos as proof that their delivery person did NOT leave the package in front of my door. They looked at the photos, but still refused to do anything about it. Im never ordering from them online, nor purchasing in store ever again. I never leave bad reviews, but they definately deserve this one.
