I placed an order on march 9,3026 for this jacket for my son that has autism. I never received. The company Columbia used to send it was LaserShip Ground Residential. The person took a picture of where they left it an it shows that it wasn’t my door to my apartment. Columbia took their word over mine . An refused to send me a replacement. I’m disappointed in Columbia in how they treated a customer.
