It is a great jacket. Some reviewers complained of the wrist area not having any velcro, etc. I took the jacket to my alterations person and she added elastic bands. It worked great. Size S is perfect, I am 5'5" and 148 lbs (hourglass shaped).

I haven't used the jacket yet, but I did try it on. The sleeves are too long, they hang down below my fingertips. I wear an extra large. You can see in their web photo the sleeves are long on the small model, but I guess they lengthen the sleeves as the sizes go up, which isn't necessary as we are usually wider but our arms don't grow that much longer. I am not sure if I will keep it and figure out a way to shorten the sleeves, or return it. I gave this review a fits just right mark as the body of the jacket fits, it is just the arms that are way to long. There is no Velcro or adjustment at the sleeves to hold them up.
