Absolutely terrible customer service

Better hope they get your order right!! Just order a hat about a week ago and the order showed up today and it was the complete wrong hat… called customer services so they could get the issue fixed so we could return the wrong hat and they could send me the hat I ordered… well this is where it all went down hill.. the lady told me there was nothing they could do until I pay to return the wrong hat and then have to wait 7-10 business before I can even get a refund so the can inspect the hat, even though I sent an email with a picture of the wrong hat to the lady from customer service I was on the phone with.. the lady from customer service told me that I could go ahead and reorder and pay for the hate I initially ordered in the mean time
