Poor quality; even worse return policy

I just spent over $300 on the Columbia site. I returned one item because the material was cheap and the "T" for Tennessee was ironed on. To add insult to injury, I was charged $6 to return the item. I will never purchase from Columbia.com again. If I want Columbia, I'll buy from Amazon who offers free and easy returns.
