Adorable and warm toddler winter hat

I love this hat on my toddler. It's warm and adorable, and at 19 months old, he's starting to learn to put it on himself. This size has fit him 2 winters in a row now and I'm hoping it still works next winter. I purchased this when it was on sale for ~$13. I'm hoping to catch it on sale again to get another.

Q: Does this hat have a button because there is a slit for a button but no button on the flaps that go around the chin area.

A: Thank you for your question! The slit is intended to be used with the other side of the extended ear material, to be passed through the slit and creating an adjustable fit around the chin. Hope this helps!
