A: Thank you for your question! We are currently implementing a transitional approach that will lead to phasing out of intentionally added PFAS from our manufacturing processes. Q: I read that Columbia fleece jackets are 'car seat approved' for infants. Is this correct? I don't see anything noted here. Thanks!

A: Great question! While this fleece does not have any sort of official car seat safety certification, the fleece does provide a thin material overall, which does provides a more secure fit. We do recommend consulting with current car seat safety regulations for further information.
